Dwayne is the pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which was founded by him in 2007. He is also director of Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. His passion is to train the future generation of Biblical Counselors. He is on the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has published numerous pieces online and is a contributing author of Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Change Lives With God's unchangeable truth. Kelleman and Viars).
